Poor service and ignorance

On 30 April I received a message that my credit card was delivered to me which it never happened. I had a chat with the banker who promised to follow up and the findings was that the credit card was delivered to an address in cape town to who I don't know.I was told takealot delivery team will contact me which they did and they claim they delivered the card to me,I stay in pretoria the card was delivered to cape town so I asked for the address delivered to,proof of delivery with name and signature of the person who received the card till today its been 12 days now no one has came back to me I'm really disappointed and don't feel safe with the bank anymore.
