Poor Service and Harassment

I had arrears on my personal (loans) with FNB. Around September, October when I realize that I am way too deep I decided to be proactive and reached out to them to see if we cannot work out something before I am in arrears as accepted they gave me a ran around until I was phoned by a gentlemen that was as cold as ice. I explained my situation and he told me they cannot and FNB can do any arrangements to assist me. Needless to say, I ended up in arrears. This past Monday by grace of God I was left with 1 account in month's arrears of all these loan accounts I have with them. A gentleman phoned me obviously to collect and I asked him if they can deduct the current month the 1 one-month arrears will be paid on Friday or weekend as I am waiting for a loan from my brother. To me it sounded like we have an arrangement and God behold, they deducted the current debit order and the arrears. I was so ****ed. I guess they felt they have an upper hand, and they can just ignore the arrangement and just do what they please on my account. They have taken the money that I did not authorize but harassing SMSs are not stopping multiple missed calls continued. Thursday the 2nd at 12.06pm I got phoned by a very rude guy calling himself Lloyd Makae, That is if, it is even his name. I asked him please explain to me why I am still getting multiple SMSs and calls because as far as I know you deducted your arrears. But I am still being harassed. Their rude consultant chooses to get personal with me literally raising his voice yelling at me telling me that " I was trying to help you clearly you are one of those that do not need help." I asked him to spell his name and surname to me and he opted to put the phone down on me. I escalated the query to FNB and FNB responded with an SMS stating that someone will contact in 48 hours. This morning that is 72 hours later, I was sent an SMS : Your complaint has been assigned to FNB loans. We are looking into it . That was followed by an email from FNB loans stating that my account is still in arrears of R31.63. Guys this a bank I have been with for plus or minus 15 years and In all this time they have never struggle to get their repayments from me. This is a bank that holds my bond, the life cover, funeral and a whole lot of other products. You decided to deduct the arrears unauthorized, why did you collect shortages? Honestly, maybe it is time to find myself a new home because clearly, I am insignificant. Please train your consultants that the fact that someone owes FNB it does not necessarily mean it is their person business.
