POOR SERVICE AND FEEBLE PROMISES MADE

closed my fnb account in march 2020. had an overdraft as well - still fnb has not updated experian credit bureaux that my account is CLOSED. Have reported this to fnb since Sept 2020 to update my record on the various credit bureaux , but to no avail . had numerous discussions with them and even phones their complaints line [ref nr:***] still NO ACTION taken from them.POOR SERVICE - SORT IT OUT
