Poor service and failing to fulfill their obligations

Good day

I recently switch to FNB from my previous bank, when they called me they told me about the R1000 switching incentive, I was told to switch my salary and three debit orders to get the payout. They promise that they will do the switching on my behalf which they could only manage to switch one and after that they needed me to do the run around and I did to help switch my salary and the other two debit orders. Two of my salary went in and three debit orders where successfully debited by the relevant service providers. Today I am being taken from pillar to post to get the payout. Some employees just hand up and others say they are not the right person where they end up transferring me to unavailable lines. I ended up calling the complaint department. The service specialist Gadiba Da Silva rep**** by giving me the terms and conditions which I am very much aware of and also saying that I must deposit R5500 which Gadiba say I am yet to do and by this time I have already had two of my salary deposited to the account of more that R50 000. This made me realised that I am being taken for a ride. The Bank is failing me and the only reason I will stay with them is that I have a home loan with them. I am a disappointed customer. I wish service providers can deliver better as I wasted my data calling this bank countless times, yet to no success.

Regards Eddy

Good day

It's been more than 24hrs since someone called to say they will escalate the matter and I have not had anything from FNB. So.much for helping customers. The employees in FNB do not care. By the way no solution or way forward in my complaint.

Regards
