Poor service and endless errors

About a month ago i decided to register my business through FNB CIPC facility thinking it would be a piece of cake. Boy was i wrong, I did my application and there were supposed to be 2 x members when I did the application, however the 2nd member pulled out, so i phoned FNB to advise and they said it will be sorted and i will be only member, so i sent through only my ID and proof of residence and in my email clearly stated "I would be only member and 100% shareholder" FNB received this and ignored it completely going ahead and registering both members on the mandate. So I received more docs which i signed and scratched the second member off and again sent back the email to say i am only member. I hear nothing back for days and on tuesday follow up to which im told they are waiting for the 2nd members details and they noticed i scrated it out, so i explained my initial email and the person on the phone imp**** i was lying until she had my email in front of her and was reading aloud then realised ooops this guy is right then said she would phone back. Now the fun part i get a call from another person and then emails back and forth and this person tells me to reapply for the company and they will cancel the original application, so i do application all over again and sent this person my id and proof of registration and then no reply all quiet. This morning i email for update and get a call from someone else saying they waiting for my documents to which i rep**** i had sent to this person. I was then told no i must send to another email which i did and now the registration has gone through on different company name, so i phone again to find out what the hell is going on and am told no cant locate the documents i sent. This is absolutely ridiculous i need the original company name as my website and emails etc are according to that since it was initially registered
