Poor service and delivery
I have upgraded my account to premiere, the agent who called me advised me I can select my delivery date and address which I did. I then received a call from a CCD couriers who now inform me it will take 5 working days to deliver and they cannot deliver on the date I selected on the app because they will charge me R170 for delivery fees which is pathetic i cannot sit and wait 5 days for this delivery company to decide when they want to deliver. The agent also terminated the call when I still had questions during the upgrade of the account. I also seen new bank charges which I did not agree on. Please I need an urgent call back today and I want my account upgrade reversed!!!

I call into the callcentre and I am told I must now wait 3 working days for feedback, I did not authorize this fee and I was told there will be no courier fee but to my surprise you guys go into my account with authorization !!
