Poor service and communication
I have an insurance claim with FNB, and it was closed despite misaligned & inconsistent information from the assigned assessors. I am not receiving any information around this dispute.

12 Oct 2023, 08:35Dispute is not resolved. FNB have FAILED to assist in the matter, resulting in me paying for damages to my car over and above excess to due to break in & theft. Do not recommend using their short term insurance service.
