Poor Service and breach of confidentiality

Sent my will for amendment on an email address. Will was amended and sent to a different email address causing a breach in Confidentiality. Called fnb will to sort out. First operator put the phone down on me. Second operator (,Walter) asked the manager to call me on my request. The Manager Naeem Mohammed has failed to call me. Procedure has not been followed with the will process. Disgusting and unacceptable service from fnb wills department.
