Poor service and assistance from business managers in the east rand.

I have been a customer with FNB for years now, never have I had a complaint and I've been very pro FNB recommending them to everyone I know. However for my business, I've been trying to get some assistance and it seems like an impossible task to get their business managers to assist. I have been to three branches and it took me 3 days to actually get in touch with a business manager, who seems to now just not care to take time to assist. Messages and calls are just being completely ignored. We've had some healthy 7digit figures going through our account since Nov 2022 and it feels like I'm being forced to move my accounts if I want use a bank that will be conducive to the growth of my business. I am extremely disappointed with FNB and never expected such poor service...
