Poor service and a poor way to treat costumers

A few years back i went under debt review with a company called MSD consulting and FNB being my only creditor. Everything went great for a while until I noticed that all of a sudden R7000 was added to my debt and the bank overdraft of R11000 that was paid off according to my previous statements, had to be paid again, because apparently it was never paid. I immediately queried both MSD and FNB about this, neither could give me an explanation. Did FNB stop adding interest on my accounts, while I was waiting on a reply to sort out this mess, of course the heartless *******s did not. In the end I caved, because they were killing me with the interest and I paid everything the extra R7000 debt that was added to my accounts. I was still waiting for an explanation from FNB to what was going on and the next moment i'm threatened by their laywers that if I didn't pay up I would be black listed and so I paid the extra R11000 plus another r R4000 interest on the bank overdraft that was paid and then suddenly not paid. To this day i have not received an explanation from MSD or FNB as to how or what has happened, after countless calls and emails over the past 2 years. All I know is, that I paid thousands of rands more than i should have and the bank's attitude was, well we don't know what went wrong and we don't care, you have to pay. FNB can take their automated responses to my emails and shove it, because it is clear they don't really care about their costumers or helping them and don't get me started on their call center where you get passed from Arthur to Marther, because nobody wants to deal with your problem...just disappointing. I think it is time i go look for a bank that realy values their costumers and have a bi more of a personal touch.
