Poor service again. Unsurprisingly

This is my second review of this *********** company in 2 weeks. They do not take complaints seriously. I received a call from someone saying that it will be done within 2 days but still nothing. Don't let me get started on those people on the live chat who simply copy and paste standard responses to everything you ask.
