Poor Service AGAIN

Dear FNB

According to the lady by the name of Caroline I did not ear ebucks for February 2025 because my Home loan account is not in good standing.

This happened in the month of November 2024 for the same reason and it was found to be a FNB error

Could I please have this error sorted out, FNB is really failing me.
