Poor service

Got rejected once again by law on call. I more disappointed by the rejection letter that i stated I was asking for an eviction assistance because I am a tenant that’s occupying the place where did the tenant part from agents need to listen to clients attentively and I’m even sure that the conversation is on record and I never mentioned that I am a tenant.

I’ve been paying law on call for 3years and it is clear that I am paying for nothing I will have to cancel this thing.
