Poor service account closure

Poor service from Credit manager Roe***a Davides. Asked to cancel revolving loan that is only 5 minutes old but I couldn't cause it has already generated fees.

I wanna close the account cause there's hidden fees which I only picked up getting clarity from consultant. If I understood that fees are applicable even without using the account then I wouldn't have taken the account.

this is just a total disturbing manipulating skim.

held for 18 minutes to be told credit manager advised I have to pay before closure.

the account is only 5 minutes old for crying out load...
