Poor Service

I've insured my car windscreen with fnb, when I claim to my surprise they give me a generic windscreen and I want the original one with my car brand on it. But now the policy doesn't state that I don't qualify for original windscreen. I took comprehensive cover thinking everything will be original, but now I'm being told that If I need original windscreen I must pay R2800 plus R1000 access. I regret taking fnb insurance, they don't do originals. And I'm an fnb private banker and also have a business acc with them..... But they can't even give me an original windscreen..
