Poor Service

Been battling for over 2 months to get all the outstanding bank statements form date of death till the date the funds were transferred into the Estate Late Account of my deceased mom. I have phoned, send emails asked for Team Leader/ Supervisor to contact me about this. Corresponding e-mails have mentioned that I would have been phoned within 2 days and this resolved within 5 days.....still waiting for more clarity. Disappointed about this utterly poor service to say the least, My mom was a loyal FNB client for many years as am I. FNB Credit Card was sorted out within 2 weeks. I do not even know what happens about her e-bucks as no has said anything about this either Ref # CN *** / # *** Regan Robinson (Executor)
