Poor service

I had a home loan with FNB its been 16years now, i overpay my bond and i app**** for the access on my account of housing finance, they always tell me about debt review which i do not know,i send them a proof that i am not under debt review, they send from pillar to post, my worry its my money,im not borrowing it
