Poor Service

Contacted the call centre for an application for a loan. Phoned several times was given the run around until one of the bankers suggested that i reapply for the loan. I reapp**** and was told to wait on the debit check mandate. To date still waiting on the debit check mandate to come through on my app. The secure chat banker,Zinhle then informed me that the banker, Katlego who processed my application did so on another system. I'm now currently on the secure chat and the banker named Jason is ignoring my enquiry. This is pathetic service from Fnb.
