POOR SERVICE

I made an application for a speed point ,ref no *** on the 11th of September. Till to date i have not received it. FNB is now providing a very poor service and does not take its clients serious. I would not recommend any one to use FNB speed point services . They are always telling me stories when i make a follow up and promise to call but never call. I am ****ed to the core. Its now the 26th of October, still they have not delivered , I'm being told about countless escalations.
