poor service

Hi I am really having problems with this bank, they have made so many mistakes into my profile and it is unbearable, what they are doing good is to apologize without fixing the problem. now I need to the manager or director. you cannot make mistakes consciously and expect the customer to understand that.

you need to resolve mistakes and the damage your have done. this is an incompetency at it best.
