poor service
They need to deliver my credit card and I get a missed call where the phone rings for one second and then it stops where immediately after I get a sms from them to call them as they tried to contact me. I have called the number several time and held on for 10min or longer with just a msg all our consultants are busy and we will be with you shortly. This is extremely unprofessional and a waste of time and money. hope FNB drops them and uses professional services next time
