Poor Service

Good Day,

I have been trying to contact FNB Connect in relation to my current contract and new one I want to take with no luck. I called *** then I was given 087 736 4800 but it doesn't seem like anyone in all those 2 departments deals with FNB Connect matters as they keep transferring my calls until I get hung up.

This has been going on from Friday 08 July 2022 to date. how difficult can it be for one to get assistance here.

I'll appreciate it if i can get proper service in this matter urgently.
