POOR SERVICE

I complained last month about the unpaid item on my account that was a extra R135 after the bank costs already went off.

So this month it happened again, but this time it was a little bit more. It was R180, also unpaid item. I cannot complain every month about the same things. The best thing for me and my family are to change to a other bank. I recently opened accounts for my 2 children also, but I think it was a fault not with this service.
