Poor service

I requested to increase my credit card amount to R5000 but for some reason was declined. I have no bad debt history etc. I then logged a complaint regarding this on Saturday and I received the standard email response we will contact you. To this day I have not heard anything from them. Can someone from FNB contact me with regards to closing my account.
