Poor service

I have been having issues with my home loan because of an error by FNB. I have been in contact with multiple representatives from FNB including a private banker, who is currently ignoring me, and I still have not had any assistance with regards to this matter. The service is poor, the staff seem unaware of what to do, and I'm left unsure of what more to do.
