Poor service
Dear FNB,
I am dissapointed to say the least with your social media team and the way you run your competitions. I completed the tasks to get the badges for the nav competition. I commented on FNB facebook page twice and tagged fnbsa with the hastage NavLife.
This was last week and to date no one has rep**** to my comment, confirming my 100 entries into the draw.
I am so furious how you expect people to comment on social media to enter a competition but then you do not even respond.

I was contacted by the social media team around this who informed me that they do not physically acknowledge your comment on their post.
But what I find strange is that although I have entered into the competition, no acknowledgement of my entries are sent. Surely this should update on the app.
