Poor service

I have been battling with fnb and there poor service. Ive been told i owe R1180 for What? I have been havinf fnb connect talk max for how many years ro find out i owe this is horrible I wenr i and our of branches they phone call center but nothing happens i am unable to apply for credit and this is not my fault fnb put this on my name i want it removed fron my name asap. Ive been going 3months to manu branches no 1 helped me. If anyone is serious in helpkng me call me Mr Joel Khoza ***
