Poor Service

With so much dissatisfaction from FNB. I'm running a business in a very competitive environment where speed points tare very essential but now I always have to fight with FNB for them to come and assist me and I am losing a lot of money. I have to always complain before I can be assisted or is it because I'm from Pakistan??
