Poor service

I bought Telkom airtime via the banking App on the 20/04/2026 and money was debited from my account but the airtime was not topped up on my phone. I lodge a complaint with the bank and a refund was promised as there was a technical error on their side. Its almost 8 weeks of being sent from pillar to post and no refund as yet. Im quite disappointed with the way my issue was dealt with by the bank.
