Poor service

I ordered a new bank card which was supposed to be delivered today as of the 14th before 5pm. The card was supposed to be delivered by Takealot, unfortunately they didn't even bother to call , I waited until after 5pm when I should have knocked off already . I really don't appreciate this. These are the kind of things that make me want to just cancel everything
