poor service
On Thursday 25th of June I spoke to a lady by a name of Ellano from Revco regarding my FNB account which is arears due to me being unemployed for some period of time.I made an arrangement with her that Ill pay half of the arears this month and the remaining the following month. She even advised that our call was recorded and that I can be able to withdraw money inside the bank because my card was cancelled,an sms and email was send to me to confirm all the information.Today 27th june 2015 I go to my branch and to suprise a consultant by a name of Ntokozo told me a different story that they have took all the arrear amount,I can't even have access to the money because they have frooze my account and that the was nothing he could help me with.I walked out the bank hurt and dissapointed,no money,I'm stressed because monday I need to go to work, let alone all my debit orders that must go off.I was under the impression that everything that was discussed Ellena was inorder, afterall I have been a client of FNB since 2009 and this is the kind of service and treatment I receive,I had a good mind of supplying my Hr with my capitec details but because I wanted to remain loyal to FNB.
