Poor service

On my just for you page there's offers and I app**** for the pre-qualification it was erroring then showed a cannot process at this time so I app**** for the bone but I received no communication so I queried on the app and was told to email the consultant who dealt with the application I emailed but no response, I complained on the app and they did nothing no response why I'm declined or what's happening but I noticed my credit report reflecting a query from fnb.
