Poor Service

I have made a payment on the 29th of July 2024 on my FNB LOAN Account, requested a paid up letter and to be updated with the bureau's.

I called was told that I should wait for a 14 working day's. I'm still waiting, I don't even have the energy to call them and request for the same thing
