Poor service

FNB has placed a hold on my account due to apparent ***** . I have been contacting them since yesterday with no joy.My salary has been deposited into my account yet they can't assist and the agent have the audacity to tell me I have to wait 10 business days for feedback. The ***** investigator Leonie T****ie is completely MIA , i have called her direct number she doesn't answer yet other investigators says she is available . This is totally unacceptable, I'm a single parent who uses public transport and my only source of income is my salary ...I would really appreciate feedback or Leonie to respond to my email
