Poor service

On Monday, 26 May went to FNB Heidelberg (Gauteng) to open a Business Account. The ticket issued indicated a 5 minute waiting time. After an hour, was still not assisted. Went to FNB competitor and was assisted in 5 minutes. All staff at the branch was assisting people, but branch was clearly under resourced, based on the number of people waiting in queue to be assisted.
