Poor service

I’m not getting any joy from Fnb, they keep on debiting my account every month.

Fnb life is paying & also my account is debited & that is messing up with my debit orders.

Every month I’m calling fnb to be sent from 1 department to the other.

Monday they said my issue has been escalated & it will be resolved within 24 or 48 hours & guess what I’m on the line now from 1 department to the other.
