Poor service

Poor service, if any. This bank was at fault in one of my accounts,l have been trying 3 months to resolve the matter to no avail, it is actually a very basic problem of loading a debit order as this was the terms of contract but the neglected to run a debit order therefor I made a bank transfer every month, then they hand me over to HP attorneys who is very unprofessional and a harrassment company due to me paying in cash instead of debit order. i am a private banker client paying additional fees for personal service and still not received any service
