Poor service

Poor service, called several times to find out about solar finance transferred more than 7 times with nobody knowing who I can speak to, tried secure chat same issue.....and all for a simple question to know if I can use my own solar provider or not as the website and app says I can however bankers on secure chat tells a different story, please call me so I can have this resolved asap, been a client for many years disappointed will leave instead if this is the case.
