Poor Service

Two weeks back while I was home, I went to one of our Local Fnb branch qround 12 noon and the till division was closed, people were told to come back around 2 pm. How is that possible? Just because a bank is in the small town doesn't mean people must be treated badly, why does a bank close during working hours? If there's shortage of staff they must hire.
