Poor service

I was at fnb menlyn maine on Wednesday,did a deposit on-site the atm did not proceed my transaction i got a slip. And immediately went into the branch ,I was assisted by Tebogo and a colleague I filled in a dispute form and a reference was never given to me. The deposit was done on Wednesday?today is Monday I haven't received my money yet
