Poor service

Good day. I went to the atm on 6th January 2025 to make a deposit at the branch in Qwa Qwa Setsing crecent mall (Phudatitjaba) and the atm slip was damaged. I went back to the branch to request a reprint on witch there was a gentle man that said i need to write my details down on a paper and they will request it from the office. Today is 4th February 2025 and still no replay or reprint. The company that i deposited the money to needs the proof of the deposit and i have been billed interest since then. Unexceptable
