Poor Service
I have sent FNB a query about the security features of my debit card. I mentioned that the reality of people tapping off your debit card whilst its still in your pocket is happening. I have a video of this . I wanted to know how do we prevent this from happening as we are in the silly season now, still no response from FNB, yet they quick of the mark to take off their bank charges.

The lady from FNB has called me and made some changes to my settings. She mentioned that I should do about 3-4 transactions using my card by swiping it and one transaction by inserting the card in the bottom slot. This is still not working. I used my card at Checkers today and made a purchase for the value of R354 and it did not ask for my PIN number. I don't know what is going on here but I am very worried now that FNB systems are failing, I am not safe anymore with FNB.
