Poor service

I have asked FNB to close my cheque account. I refuse to pay R500 on bank charges. I need to make an arrangement for my overdraft to be paid monthly so that my relatioship with FNB can be over. I could be paying that R500 towards my overdraft not charges.

I called and I was transferred from 1 person to the other.

Im done with FNB and their high bank charges.

May I please close my account and pay that R500 towards my overdraft?
