Poor service
I had a deduction of R2420 from Glassior 1 on 03 January 2026 at 00:00. This was not authorised and I phoned to reverse this transaction. I was told I can only reverse this transaction on Tuesday morning. My wife banking at Nedbank also had a deduction from Glassior 1 of R1000. Nedbank reversed the transaction immediately. This is unacceptable service from FNB. Jacques de Lange

03 Jan 2026, 09:45Luckily their were not enough funds and the deduction now shows as reversed due to insufficient funds. Still not happy with FNB for their part in this. But at least I did not loose all the money. Just R115 banking fees
