Poor Service

I have previously requested that my Retirement annuity be cancelled. This however was not done, still debit orders are going off and the account still exists, same with the Life Insurance where double was taken off. I am not happy with your services and want immediate assistance on this, after all this is my money i earned it, and i want it back in my account, cant even stop or dispute a debit order which is total nonsense,FNB i want my money back into my account.
