Poor Service

Dear Sir/Madam

I have tried various times to sort out an urgent issue where I am trying to do a credit card transaction with a vendor called Plus 500. For some reason my attempt at doing the transaction has been flagged and the vendor has been blocked. I have chatted to a person called Thabang Morake at the ***** Division and he has not been very helpful with this issue. This is something that I would like to sort out urgently and have been trying to call various divisions to sort this out. When I asked Thabang Morake for the details of his team leader to escalate the issue, he refused to provide the name of his team leader. He informed me that the team leader would call me yesterday and I have still not head anything yet from him/her.

I need assistance urgently with this issue and would appreciate your assistance.
