Poor Service

I've experienced the worst service ever since I joined FNB. I joined as a private banker, and none of my cases are resolved within an effective turnaround time; I have to call to get assistance. I am currently struggling to book flights through the app with the eBucks discount, and I have been transferred from one consultant to another. No help at all, moving to FNB has been a nightmare for me.
