Poor service

I have a pvt clients account....pvt banker not available...I requestd a new petro card via secure chat.. got sent a credit card which cannot be used!... unable to order petro card via app or online as they option is not available for this "pvt" client...why pay for pvt client experience when you have to struggle like this? I must just hurry up and wait. And still jo petro card!
