Poor service

On Saturday 26 October i went to log a case at FNB Vredenburg of my money ****** from my card i filled a form and i was told my case will be resolved within 7 to 10 working days but to my surprise when i call the to follow up there was no case logged now i am sitting and frustrated if i would ever get help
