Poor service

I have ordered simcard with FNB and yesterday driver tried to deliver but i did not have my ID with me as part of their delivery process.

This morning I have received an SMS stating my order is out on delivery and I called FNB today to arrange time for delivery due to the nature of my job we not allowed to have phones with us and called in so I can arrange the time not the agent was speaking to dropped the phone while she told me to hold.
